Payment Methods

This booking service uses a two-stage payment model. You pay an advance online when you reserve, then settle the remaining amount directly with the rental company at pick-up according to the terms printed in your voucher.

Online Advance Payment

When you confirm a reservation through our platform, you authorize an advance payment by card. We process Visa and Mastercard through secure channels. The advance is a portion of the total hire cost and locks in your booking without requiring a separate deposit at the counter.

Your card statement will show the transaction within two business days. The confirmation email and voucher both itemize what has been paid and what remains outstanding.

Balance Payment at Pick-Up

The supplier collects the balance when you collect keys at their desk - often at Nadi International or a Martintar depot if you land late. Your voucher states which payment methods that particular operator accepts for the final settlement. Most companies on Viti Levu take Visa and Mastercard; some also handle debit cards or Fiji dollar cash.

Not every operator accepts every card type or currency. Check your voucher before you arrive at the counter to avoid surprises. If the voucher lists 'credit card only', plan accordingly; smaller local suppliers sometimes prefer bank cards over cash because of the paperwork involved in daily deposits at Pacific Energy stations along Queens Road.

Voucher Instructions

Every confirmed reservation generates a voucher PDF sent to your email. That document lists the advance already charged, the balance due, and the payment methods the supplier will honor at handover. Bring a printed or mobile copy to the rental desk.
